No. You do not have to have ever meditated to learn this process. In this workshop, we will do a guided meditation where I guide you into being aware of your inner body. You can do it with your eyes open or closed. The most important thing is that you just listen and follow what I guide you to pay attention to. You'll do great!💗
Yes, there will be a replay. But if you can be there live, you get to bring in a question and practice the method with that. So you'll be able to use something that is customized to you and work on that live in the workshop.
